We take a limited number of custom commissions at a time, so that each one gets the attention it was asked for. If you have something specific in mind — a stone, a setting, a piece to rebuild — write to us and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right house for it.

I.You write. We reply personally within two business days.
II.We quote the work and the timeline before you commit to anything.
III.You approve a scaled drawing. Nothing is cut or set until you do.
IV.Six to eight weeks, hand-finished, to the same standard as everything else we make.
